This is a mixture of olympic lifting and functional training, giving you the best of both worlds. Sessions are fully coached with warm ups, cool downs and post workout stretching. Like all other sessions it is a no nonsense approach to fitness that is severely lacking at most other gyms. This stuff works, fact!

Please note, in order to come to these sessions you must first have come to six functional fitness sessions and six olympic lifting sessions in order to learn correct techniques for all movements.
