Getting Started
STEP 1
Use the contact CFS page or phone to book your first session.
Please remember you must attend 6 functional fitness and 6 olympic lifting sessions before you can enter into the CFS Cross Training sessions. In these 6 sessions you will learn correct techniques and build up the intensity. Mechanics, Constency then intensity.
STEP 2
Attend your first session, bring with you comfortable training wear.
